We want you to love your TOMS, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back in their original box and securely attach the printed return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
